I am Rafael Montero, I am 17 years old, I was born and live in Estepona. From an early age, I have shown an undeniable passion for sports, including surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding and bmx. At the age of 11, I started kiteboarding, a discipline that completely captivated me. At the age of 12, I took my first steps in the Spanish junior championship, winning in 2020.
At present, at only 17 years of age, I hold the title of U19 world champion, I am U16 world champion, I am U19 world runner-up and third in the senior category of Spain, the highest category in this discipline. In addition to my outstanding performance in high performance sports and my focus on achieving sporting goals, in the academic field I stand out as a good student, maintaining outstanding grades. I am a sociable and friendly person, who enjoys spending free time sharing fun moments with friends. My main goal is to become one of the best riders in the world and even conquer the title of absolute world champion.
